Product use

Pile foundations are used for the foundation of overhead contact line support structures. The pile foundation reinforcements are connected by means of four screws using the friction welding method. The overhead contact line poles are attached to these screws. In addition to pile foundations for overhead contact line poles, we also produce piles that perform the function of anchors for overhead contact lines. The installation (piledriving) of pile foundations is carried out using a track or track-road pile driver.

Foundation piles are produced in the lengths from 2.5 m to 5.0 m with increments of 0.5 m, that is:

• length L1 from 250 cm to 500 cm, 50 cm increment
• length L2 from 60 cm to 310 cm, 50 cm increment

Type of steel:

• class AIII-N for main bars
• class AIII-N for cross bars
